MISSION HUB
New Zealand
Helping disciples build a culture of
prayer, leadership and mission.
A fire has been ignited in our nation — a fire of hope, faith, and renewal.
Mission Hub New Zealand is a space to lift our nation in prayer, and to connect and equip like-minded missionary disciples for mission across Aotearoa New Zealand. This mission is rooted in prayer, sustained by community, and strengthened through ongoing formation and connection. We stand alongside parishes, the clergy, and Catholic institutions — supporting, encouraging, and resourcing them — to proclaim the Good News of Christ.
You are invited to continue the journey of renewal.
- Renewal of your own heart
- Renewal of our parishes
- Renewal of our communities
- Renewal of our nation
It has been one year since we launched Mission Hub. We worship, give thanks and praise our Lord for all His blessings to us !
Join us as we celebrate a year of prayer, stories and encouragement in mission. Pippa Fletcher and Joe Wells from One Hope Project will lead us in exploring Worship: More Than Music ♪♪♪ — how prayer, the Mass and our everyday response to God shape us as people who worship Him more deeply. Come and be renewed and connect with missionary disciples from across Aotearoa.
NOTE: We start early at 6:45pm for the Praise and Worship Set !
What is the Heart of the Gospel we are called to share?
Fr Chris Ryan MGL, founder of the Areté Centre for Missionary Leadership, has wonderfully explored the kerygma – the simple, powerful proclamation at the heart of the Christian faith: the Good News of Jesus Christ and what his life, death and resurrection mean for us.
He reminded us that the kerygma is more than an intellectual idea. It calls for a response—a personal encounter with Jesus that transforms our lives through the Holy Spirit. Our response is what makes the Gospel real in our lives. It is this transforming message that we are called to share with the world!
